Matter introduceert in 2011 het eerste viercomponenten wiel. De vier componenten zorgen voor een optimale prestatie voor op de skeelerbaan. Het G13 wiel had zichzelf al bewezen vóór de officiele releasedatum. Toppers als Kalon Dobbin, Scott Arlidge en ook Nederlander Crispijn Ariëns behaalden al belangrijke titels op de baan met de Matter G-13

G-13 - Matter’s New Four Component Wheel

The Matter proudly introduces the first four component wheel (patent pending).  We have now combined four separate and distinct components in one wheel to deliver optimal track performance to the world class skating community.

We believe that when trying to deliver optimal Roll, Grip and Rebound, asking a two component or even a three component wheel to perform at peak performance levels is a difficult juggling act…when you optimize one variable, you inevitably detract from the performance of the other variables.

We believe its necessary to ask each of the different components to enhance, or optimize Roll, Grip and Rebound.

The team has developed an exciting new blend of urethane; it has been quite awhile – And, in combination with our new Slip Joint Double X Blade Core, providing more rigidity at the bearing seat; our uniquely formulated injection molded torus (TR-2); and the TL-1, a unique elastomer ring between the Slip Joint core and the TR-2 providing necessary rigid support and additional rebound; the Matter team is confident it has developed the next level of product for the World Class Skater.
